Eivor Halkjaer - Sweden’s Ambassador in Guatemala
I have participated in two seminars conducted by Eugenio Moliní – one in a small group consisting of members of a management group and one involving the entire staff at an embassy. Under his guidance the participants, individually or in groups, were piloted toward a greater understanding of what takes place in the workplace, what forces drive the operation in different directions and the individual responsibility for the integral whole. Moliní’s work is imbued with respect for each individual, never mind stereotypes about culturally conditioned behavioral differences. This makes him a unique resource, not least in situations where people from different cultures have to cooperate, for instance at an embassy.

Thomas Nicolin - VD Alecta
Eugenio has a fantastic ability to identify what goes on under the surface of a group. Personally I have learned several techniques in order to ensure that everybody speaks up and becomes involved when a group has been assigned a task.

Staffan Herrström - Director General - SIDA
Eugenio Moliní supported me in the reorganization of Sida-East into a new European section during the latter part of 2002 and the beginning of 2003. His support consisted primarily of the design of work processes with my management group. I also received coaching support with some critical cases during the work process. His support was an important contribution to the successful implementation of the reorganization.

Joaquim Brugé in Torruella - General Director Citizen's Participation - Generalitat of Catalunya
We highly value the work that Eugenio Moliní’s carried out as designer and facilitator of Catalonia's 1st Forum on Natural Environment 1FMN in June 2004. He used a radically transparent and open method, suitable for achieving the goals of the 1FMN. We intend to adapt the method and use it in participative processes with more specific goals than those the 1FMN had.

Anne-Charlotte Malm - Director of Finance & Infrastructure - Sida
During the development of a new energy policy for Sida we hired Eugenio Moliní to design and conduct a workshop with our partners. Around 40 energy experts from 20 different countries discussed how the energy sector could best help to reduce poverty. Since the proposal was built on active participation, the discussions led to an intensive exchange of experiences, opinions and knowledge. I myself was surprised at how much relevant information we managed to gather during these two days. Practically all the participants expressed their appreciation at being allowed to participate actively in the process. Many of them were amazed that this type of workshop also worked in a formal “suit and tie” context. I have met several of the participants during the months following the workshop and they expressed their appreciation by either planning to conduct such workshops themselves or by convincing others to do so.

Anne Sseruwagi - Editor in Chief – Sweden’s International Radio
Eugenio is tough. He doesn’t pamper me as an employer/client, doesn’t praise if he doesn’t have to, but raises straight questions and demands results. As my coach, Eugenio has helped me to analyze and understand the differences in power, structures, values and culture that have a big impact on my multicultural work place. The action plans we have agreed upon together have been an invaluable support in the development of a more collaborative working climate and a higher level of responsibility assumed by my co-workers.

Mikael Ek - Chief Division of Retailers - Telia Sonera Sverige AB
Eugenio has been a superb coach, conversation partner and instigator. He has actively helped me to improve my leadership and use my capacity tactically. I have learned how to ensure that the strategies are rooted in the organization and that everybody understands each small step toward the goal. It takes time to do so and I have needed to learn to be patient. The reward is the fantastic momentum that results when you have alignment in the organization!

Gisela Wasmouth - Director of the Unit for Organizational Learning - SIDA
Eugenio Moliní has worked on a number of assignments for Sida, such as leadership development for mid-level managers, training groups of administrators and executive coaching. He has also carried out organizational development interventions in Swedish embassies in Africa and Latin America. Eugenio Moliní’s integration of the Gestalt approach to organizational development and his multicultural competency has made his contribution very valuable for Sida. This has especially been the case for the assignment in Africa where he, in a knowledgeable and insightful manner, has handled the types of difficulty which can easily occur in an environment where people from several different cultures work together. Many of the employees at Sida, directors and administrative staff, who have come into contact with Eugenio Moliní, have expressed their great appreciation for his active listening skills, his respectful interaction with individuals and his very constructive methods. He has been a great support in Sida’s development work.

Lotta Sylwander - Head of Department for the Africa Department - AFRA - SIDA
I have worked with Eugenio Moliní on several projects and in different situations at Sida, primarily in change and development work. His work is inspiring and creative and always leads to results. Eugenio’s methods are thought provoking, causing us to think “outside of the box” in order to take the team further along the process. Eugenio has also proved his competence by helping the staff at an embassy in Africa to improve their work and to understand each other across cultural divides. This also demonstrated Eugenio’s great competence.

Gunilla Laninge - Dir. of Human Resources - The Institute for Protection against Infections
Eugenio has intervened with exceptional competence, integrity and calm in SMI’s complex organization, where all employees and directors are experts, researchers, each with a high intellectual competence within their respective field of expertise. He conducted a one-year long program in leadership development for middle and project managers. His work and his effort contributed to an increase in the cooperation between directors and to the development of a middle-management network. Three directors have individually had Eugenio as a coach. He has also worked with me in the restructuring of our IT department and as an organizational development consultant to the management team and the General Director.

Eugenio Moliní has been a great asset to Norrkoping’s Municipality in our work with diversity and integration. He is driven by contagious passion and commitment. He has a unique ability to see every individual participant, to make everybody feel involved and to make everyone’s contribution count. He has become a model for my work on diversity issues.

Mikael Andersson - Div. Head EOL - HR-department - SIDA
Eugenio Moliní has collaborated with Sida on a number of different assignments during the past 5 years. I want to specifically emphasize an OD assignment that Eugenio undertook on the account of Sida at one of our embassies. The assignment and the situation were extremely complex, difficult and challenging. Eugenio, at short notice, carried out a qualified intervention, very much appreciated by all involved at the embassy and at HQ. Eugenio continuously adapted his interventions to the flow of events and changing needs without losing sight of the task at hand, thus showing unique process skills.
