I design, facilitate and manage processes and meetings where people with different skills, interests, approaches and cultures achieve unusual levels of efficiency when they work together to find solutions to shared problems.

I often work in settings and with organizations that have neither defined boundaries nor clear structure such as networks, international partnerships and joint ventures, cooperation and development projects and multinational operations of any kind.

I work also with organizations that have defined boundaries and clear internal structure such as corporations, international agencies, national institutions and NGO’s.
